where is the rooney rule anymore

im a african- american man (a blk point of view here) im think there is a double standard here with these coaches in waitn gettin a job without  other coaches gettin a interwiew like mora in seattle maybe garrett in dallas and caldwell in indy. because caldwell is blk does that mean a young wht or latino or another blk candidate cant interwiew, the rule is to help minorites get a opportunity ( im personally not a fan of the rule it needs adjusting, it definitly was a problem getting hired in the nfl as a blk man 20 yrs ago but i think its a lot better if you get enough interwiews u should get a chance) look at russ grimm i where is his chance i mean lets alter this rooney rule either cuz this coach in waiting doesnt do it justice, yes ita a problem in coll football with minority coaches , but nfl its better. its 2009 with hard work and determination you should gett a chance wht or blk .look at obama. i dont like affirmative action either. once again with hard work you should get a opp at your choice of field you are in. it isnt 1968 no more. either no more coach in waitin or each job has to go through at least 3 candidates wht  and blk and latino,
